following steps-
First we need any android mobile where we have to install IP WEBCAM . Its a free application on android mobile google play store
After installation we have to turn on our mobile hotspot and connect to are our PC or lapttop and open IP WEBCAM we need to sellect last option start server then we will look same as in this screen short
we can look are ip address on screen this type ip address you can also look in your ip web cam screen then we open any browser in your laptop or PC we will input our ip webcam screen address like 192.168.43.1:8080
Then we will enter show address after open our local cctv control panal
then we will control our cctv through our laptop
